Shipping and Returns

 
Free Pick-up
Items purchased can be picked up at the store FREE OF CHARGE. Simply enter STOREPICKUP in the coupon code box on the checkout page.  
Note: only one coupon can be used on a transaction, so if you are also using an item discount code, pay the shipping charge, indicate in the comments box that you wish to pick up your item/items, and the shipping charge will be credited to your account at time of pickup.
 
Shipping Methods
All product purchased on palosgolf.com will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). At checkout, you will be given three shipping options: Ground, 2nd Day, or Next Day service. UPS ground shipping is set as the default. Gift Cards will ship via the U.S. Postal Service, unless a shipping upgrade is ordered.

Service Area
Upon order approval, Palos Golf will ship to any valid street address within the 48 contiguous United States via UPS Ground, 2nd Day, or Next Day service.

*Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico ship via UPS 2nd Day or Next Day service. If Ground service is selected in the shipping charge box at checkout, your order will be shipped via UPS 2nd Day service with the applicable charges.

Palos Golf cannot accept orders to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses, or destinations outside of the United States and Puerto Rico.

Additional Shipping Information
For items that are Shipped Directly from the Manufacturer including Personalized Golf Balls, please allow 3 to 7 additional days for processing before shipment.

Shipping offers do not apply to bulk orders, please contact us at 1-708-974-4060 for specific shipping charges.

Due to package size restrictions from UPS, some large or bulky items (such as cart bags, travel cases, and hitting nets) may have an oversize package handling charge applied. Items with oversize handling charges will be clearly indicated in the product description at the product purchase page. The additional charge for oversized items will vary depending on the size and will be combined with the regular shipping fee in the shipping charge box at checkout.

Oversized items are not available for ground shipment outside the 48 contiguous states. 2nd Day and Next Day services for oversized items are only available by contacting Palos Golf at 1-708-974-4060.   Additional charges will apply.

Failed Delivery Attempts
Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. Packages that contain more than $800 of merchandise will always require a signature; otherwise, it is generally up to the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us.

Recommended Shipping Address
Palos Golf recommends shipping to a location where someone will be available to receive the delivery, such as a business address. Palos Golf cannot be responsible for packages delivered to unattended addresses.

Transit Times
The amount of time an order is in-transit from the time it leaves Palos Golf will depend on where it is being shipped and the type of service utilized. View times from UPS.

Ground Services
Orders requesting UPS Ground are shipped Monday - Friday and will typically leave our shop 24 to 48 hours from the time your order is placed. UPS Ground orders received on Friday - Sunday will usually ship the following Monday. Ground deliveries should arrive 1-5 days after leaving Palos Golf. The following is a map, provided by UPS, of delivery times for commercial and residential deliveries using UPS Ground service:

UPS guarantees the day of delivery for every ground package you ship to any address within the 48 contiguous states, except for any ground package originating in Alaska or Hawaii. In addition, the guarantee applies to shipments from Puerto Rico to the 48 contiguous states. Service Map colors may vary due to differences in hardware and software. For the scheduled days in transit for ground packages shipped within the 48 contiguous states, please use the Time-in-Transit calculator.

Next Day and 2nd Day Services
Orders requested via UPS Next Day should arrive the next business day (excluding weekends) after leaving Palos Golf . Orders sent via UPS 2nd Day should arrive within 2 business days from the date of shipment. On-time delivery for these services is guaranteed by UPS subject to their terms and conditions.

Orders must be placed by 12:00 noon (CT) Monday-Friday to be eligible for that day's Next Day or 2nd Day shipments. Orders placed over the weekend will not be shipped until Monday. Please take this into consideration when using these services.

Palos Golf makes its best efforts to meet the timing requested for delivery. However, if the requested timing is not met, the customer's remedies are limited to the guarantee provided by UPS, a refund of freight charges, and/or the opportunity to return the purchased items subject to the Company's Return Policy below.

Tracking Your Order
At the time your order is shipped, you will receive a UPS Ship Notification via email. A link is provided in this notification that you can use to track the delivery of your order. We suggest that you save this email until your order is fully received. If you do not have access to this email, you may also contact Palos Golf at 1-708-974-4060.

Item Availability
Most items shown on palosgolf.com will be in stock and available for immediate shipment. On the occasion that an item is not available, you will be notified with an expected delivery time.  If the delivery time for the selected an out-of-stock item is acceptable, your order will be processed.  If the delivery time for the selected an out-of-stock item is NOT acceptable, a refund will be issued immediately.

 

Return Policy

As part of Palos Golf’s commitment to our customers, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We know you have many options when you buy golf equipment and we are looking to build a long-term relationship.  We also want you to tell your friends about your good experience.  So, if for some reason you are not fully satisfied simply return the product within 30 days for a full refund. 

 

Returns must be:

   

          NEW and UNUSED

          In original package with all materials, manuals and accessories

          Accompanied by packing slip provided with original purchase

          Made within 30 days

 

No returns allowed on:

 

          Special or Custom orders

          Used merchandise

          Personalized items

 

In case a return is necessary, please call or email Palos Golf to receive an RA (Return Authorization) number.  This RA should appear on the outside of the return package in BOLD print.  It is recommended that you insure item being shipped.  Of course, it is always an option to return the item directly to the store for quicker processing of a return. COD returns will not be accepted.

 

Credit will be issued for purchase price of product being returned including sales tax.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Palos Golf reserves the right to assess a restocking charge on closeout items.  Refund will be credited to credit card account used for original purchase. Please allow 30 days after we receive your return for proper credit to be issued.

 

Return shipping charges are your responsibility.  If, however, you were shipped an item in error, or product was damaged or defective, you will receive credit for return shipping.  We promise to take the utmost care in filling and packaging orders so that it is unlikely this will happen.  If you receive a package that appears to be damaged in shipping please save the carton and call us immediately as claims with the carrier must be made in a timely fashion.  Please note that merchandise returned COD will not be accepted.

 

 

Warranty Claims 

All products sold by Palos Golf carry a manufacturer’s warranty.  These claims are subject to the rules and conditions of the original manufacturer and issued at their discretion. If warranty information is not included with your purchase, it can generally be found on the manufacturer’s website.  The staff at Palos Golf will assist in any way possible if you have a problem with a manufacturer’s warranty on an item purchased from us.  Please call us at 1-708-974-4060 before returning merchandise.
